Hi there, I am just starting out on my Hoxsey diet, and I am not sure about the types of flour that I am able to use. Is unbleached flour ok? Any advice or info is much appreciated.
Whole wheat and unbleached flour can be used. You can mix them together to get a better blend if you would like. This information came directly from the clinic.
You may also be able to use organic coconut flour or organic almond flour. I am not 100% on this but you can always call the clinic and ask.
Generally speaking, coconut and almonds are allowed so I would think that the flour they produce would also be acceptable.
